Michelin Scotland Innovation Parc (MSIP) is an ambitious joint venture between Michelin, Dundee City Council, and Scottish Enterprise, created to generate economic growth in Scotland and support a fair and just transition to a net zero economy.
MSIP’s mission is to build a dynamic and creative home for innovators, manufacturers and skills leaders to collaborate, and nurture growth and advances, in sustainable mobility and decarbonisation. With a 32-hectare site and excellent physical connectivity, MSIP has dynamic space that can adapt to all sizes of business for creation, testing and development of technologies for the future of sustainable mobility.
MSIP offers green and sustainable energy to manufacturers and researchers, and a Skills Academy to bring industry and academia together and ensure the skills needs of the future of mobility are met. Its Innovation Campus is in development, which will include an Innovation Hub to create an ecosystem for industry, academia and government to thrive. MSIP connects government, industry, academia, and communities to create a greener future for people, place, and planet. Underpinning all activities at MSIP is a collaborative approach to achieving net zero goals.
