NECCUS CEO, Mike Smith, participated this week in the Scotsman’s webinar, Kick-Starting Scotland’s Green Economic Recovery, which heard from a range of experts discuss the scale of the challenge ahead, including representatives from: Scottish Renewables, the Scottish National Investment Bank, Port of Cromarty Firth, and legal firm – Womble Bond Dickinson.
There was general consensus around the importance of green investment in the post COVID economic recovery, whilst recognising the complexity of an energy transition to Net Zero, and the fact that all abatement options need to be supported.
